A great way to kick-start the metabolism after such a treacherous winter! This circuit training class will be different from our regular classes\, using the Reformer\, Orbit\, Bosu\, Weights and Stability Ball.\n\n\n\n$25 drop in - MUST sign up online to reserve your space! \n\nMay 5\, 12\, 19\n\nTaught by: m.a.c. Senior Instructor\, Melissa McNamara and m.a.c. Apprentice\, Sioned Papparotto\n\nMETTA MEDITATION: 7:30-8:30pm\n\nJoin Mary Ellen O'Hara as she guides you through the fundamentals of Metta Meditation. Metta bhavana\, or loving-kindness meditation\, is a method of developing compassion. It comes from the Buddhist tradition\, but it can be adapted and practiced by anyone\, regardless of religious affiliation\; loving-kindness meditation is essentially about cultivating love.\n\n\n\nSUGGESTED DONATION: $10\n\n\n\nParticipants are not required to do both the Bootcamp and Meditation classes...but we hope you take advantage of both :)
