They will learn about the chakra system\, Patanjali's seminal Yoga Sutras\, the story of Arjuna the Archer\, and be challenged with some very tricky poses named for the great sages of India.\n\nLessons are taught in an engaging\, age appropriate way through spirited yoga classes that include movement\, classic postures\, games\, breathing\, and introductory mindfulness and meditation. Each class will include a beautiful work of art to take home.\n\n\nOffering yoga\, mindfulness\, games\, art\, and crafts for campers aged 6-10 years old\, this unique summer camp option is sure to engage your children in new skills and exploration of themselves and their surroundings.\n\nJuly 7-11\, 2025\n\nMonday - Friday\, 9:00am - 12:00pm\n\nNo yoga experience necessary.\n\nRegister by 5/1/24.\n\nAges 6 - 10 year old\n\nCost\, $245 + $20 supply fee\n\nEach child should bring their own snack and water.
