DESCRIPTION:Join us at Bloom Yoga Studio for this In-Person Experience.\n\n \n\nAllow yourself to decompress and deeply relax\, while you enjoy the healing sounds of gongs\, crystal bowls\, and other instruments skillfully played by John and Jitka Yost of Sound Magic.\n\n \n\nSound journey meditations are considered deeply healing and restorative. They have been proven to lower blood pressure\, release stress and heal us on the molecular level. Physical sound vibrations entrain the brain to move from beta to alpha-theta states. Participation is effortless as the vibrational frequencies of the gongs\, bowls and chimes bring about a blissful state.\n\n \n\nAdvanced registration is mandatory as space is limited.\n\n \n\nWorkshop cost: $45\, or save $5 if registered 5 days in advance\n\nIn-studio & Premium Member Rate: $35\n\n \nStarting February 28\, 2022 masks are optional at the studio for all yoga classes & events. Proof of Covid vaccination is required for all eligible participants.
