DESCRIPTION:Are you anti-diet curious?\n\n*The first session of this group is September 10. In order to join the group\, you must reach out to the facilitator\, Kayla\, at khartman@inpoweredtherapy.com for a free intake consultation. Walk-ins will be turned away.* \n\nThe second round of Body Freedom Book Club starts September 10\, in person in Lincoln Square! Come learn about different ways of being with your body and food through the support of a therapist-led group. Through this book club support group you can expect to explore your relationship with your body\, experiment with behavior change\, and gain insight about yourself. \n\nThis group is for people of all genders who struggle in their relationship with their body\, whether you are seeking extra support in eating disorder recovery\, or trying to intervene on years of diet mentality. This book takes a social justice approach to understanding how our body acceptance is taken from us through our culture and how we can reclaim our bodies.
