Once everyone is gathered you will parade down Leland Avenue back to Ruff Haus Pets.  There will be a party for humans and their pets at Ruff Haus with dog costume winners announced at 3:30.  There will be 3 prizes for the 3 most awesome dog costumes!\n\n\n\nPeople and dogs from New Leash on Life will also be on hand during this event!
