Now Jay is back in a culinary role to share the secrets of  traditional Rouladen\, based on a recipe his mother used. Are you hungry yet? Jay has tested and perfected this recipe with a couple of updates\, and hopes to share this special German dish featuring beef rolled up with flavorful ingredients. Parents are encouraged to bring their young culinarians to this lively\, hands-on class! Note the special time on Saturday\, March 18 at 12:30 pm on the 5th floor. Just follow your nose. And hurry\, this class will fill up fast! Due to space\, time\, and noise considerations\, the class will be limited to a maximum of 26. This class is best suited for people ages 10+.\n\nQuestions?
