DESCRIPTION:The Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT)\, in partnership with the 40th Ward\, invites community members to participate at an in-person Community Open House for the Lincoln Avenue Streetscape and Plaza Project.\n\n\n\nCDOT is conducting a streetscape improvement project along Lincoln Avenue from Western Avenue to Catalpa Avenue\, including Catalpa Avenue from Lincoln Avenue to Western Avenue. Building off the Lincoln Square Master Plan and Ainslie Arts Plaza\, the project aims to provide a safe\, walkable\, and attractive street that will foster community and economic growth. During this open house meeting\, the project team will present designs for the Lincoln Avenue Streetscape and Plaza project based on feedback collected\n\nduring previous community and stakeholder meetings as well as through polls.
