Join Eurika Jankauskaite for an effective practice of presence that directly connects you to your body\, heart\, mind\, and nervous system.\n\nDuring the 90-minute workshop\, you'll be guided through the following:\n\n* A brief teaching on the practice of being present\n\n* Self-regulation tools to support you in everyday life\n\n* Active\, floor-focused yoga practice and passively held\, propped restorative poses\n\n* Simple breath practice to induce relaxation response\n\n* 30-minute guided sound healing with crystal bowls and chimes\n\nThis workshop is designed to help you illuminate and replenish all layers of yourself for a more present\, balanced\, and grounded state of being.\n\nNo prior experience in yoga or sound healing is required to attend this workshop.
