This special event will allow member businesses to discuss upcoming development projects and current studies happening in the area with 40th Ward Alderman Andre Vasquez and 47th Ward Alderman Matt Martin. \n\n\n\nProjects for discussion include:\n\n	4715 N Western Avenue (Western & Leland Parking Lot)\n	Lawrence & Western 5/3 Bank Redevelopment\n	CTA Station Area Study\n	Western Avenue Corridor Study\n	Leland Avenue Greenway\n	Lincoln Avenue North Streetscape and the LANA District\n	Lawrence Avenue Streetscape status\n	Lincoln & Winnemac stalled development (previous Boomer's strip mall)\n	Lincoln & Foster Redevelopment (previous Jimmy's Pizza location)\n\n\n \n\nRSVP required for the State of the Neighborhood.
