DESCRIPTION:Yoga for Low Back Health\, Thursday\, October 10th from 6:00 - 8:30pm\n\nLow Back pain is omnipresent in our modern culture and one of the main reasons students come to yoga. In fact\, it is estimated that up to 80% of people will deal with back pain in their lives at some point. Low back pain can be caused by many reasons such as structural issues and/or spinal injuries\, habitual posture patterns\, weak and/or tight muscles\, and stress of any kind.\n\n\n\nIn this 2-hour workshop we will focus on functional alignment\, posture\, and movement of the lumbar spine and pelvis. Learn how releasing and strengthening the supporting muscles can alleviate discomfort and bring more freedom into your movements.
