DESCRIPTION:Beginning in January\, Peoples Gas System Modernization Program will be progressing along Lincoln Avenue\, from Lawrence to the CTA Brown Line tracks. They will also be working on Giddings and Leland. There will be rolling parking closures and signage directing pedestrian traffic. Entrances to all business and residences will remain accessible. Construction will take place from mid-January through mid-May\, Monday through Friday\, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. As the project progresses\, temporary repairs will be made to streets and sidewalks\, until permanent restoration can be made. They are committed to working quickly and efficiently to minimize the inconvenience to you and other businesses. \n\n\n\nJoin the Chamber for an informational session with representatives from Peoples Gas as well as the 47th Ward Office.  \n\n\n\nYou must register in advance for this meeting in order to receive the Zoom link ahead of time. Registration closes on 1/5 at the end of the day.
